Peter Tughan, Owner & Principal Consultant
Peter Tughan (pronounced ‘TOO-in’) has over 25 years of experience – and counting – in business. This experience has ranged across a diverse range of roles including agency recruitment, academia, in-house talent leadership at the VP level, and organizational leadership as CEO.
The common thread throughout his career – and his passion – is the ability to identify and assess talent, and align that talent with the right opportunities for growth and success.
Peter currently divides his time between Ottawa and Halifax, and is supported by associate consultants and research specialists across Canada.
